Steve is the Managing Vice President of Delinquency Management at PSCU and TriVerity & The Loan Service Center and has been with the company since 2007. He provides management and leadership support to delinquency management operations in St. Petersburg, FL, and Wyoming, MN.

Wendy oversees the success of the client service and marketing teams. Wendy is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring cohesive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. She is also responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by staying abreast of and responding to changes in the marketplace.

As the Human Resource Manager, Audrey is responsible for providing the knowledge, necessary tools and administrative services to build effective teams and inspire employee empowerment. She believes in employee development and drawing together resources to improve business performance.

As Vice President of the Information Technology department, Laura is responsible for development and implementation of new technology to streamline current services and enhance the company business model. Her role focuses on keeping client’s data secure and looking forward to the possibilities for new communication methods within the industry.

Ronda Ormson

Ronda is the Compliance Officer for TriVerity and The Loan Service Center. She is responsible for ensuring the company complies with outside regulatory requirements, updating internal policies to mitigate risk and keeping the legal and ethical integrity of the company intact through policy enforcement and program planning.

Connie Shoemaker

Connie has been with PSCU since 2020. Connie leads the first-party delinquency management and collection call center teams in St. Petersburg, FL, and Wyoming, MN. As a Financial Services Executive, Connie brings 30+ years of experience in the financial services industry leading all aspects of operations and contact centers while specializing in lending and collections.

Colleen Keep is the Vice President of TriVerity and former Senior Vice President of Collection Operations at TriVerity. She leads the collections for third-party charge-off delinquency management. With over 25 years at the company, Colleen brings extensive knowledge and experience with delinquency management, collections training and management of a collections team.

2024
In tandem with our parent company's evolution, PSCU transitions to Velera, marking a pivotal moment in our journey. Embracing "Momentum for Your Mission," Velera continues to drive credit union growth with innovative fintech solutions and unparalleled service.
2023
The Loan Service Center (TLSC), a PSCU company, announced its strategic partnership with Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation® (Millennium), a leader in the asset repossession management industry. Through TLSC’s extended services, credit unions will gain further access and scalability to nationwide first-party delinquency management services for collateral recovery and remarketing through Millennium.
2021
In response to regulatory changes, CU Recovery becomes TriVerity and expands its market to align with changes to its customer base and industry growth. DCM Services, LLC (“DCMS”), the industry leader in data and contact management solutions for the estate and specialty receivables market, has partnered with CU Recovery, a PSCU company, the industry’s leading expert for third-party credit union collections of all loan types.
2018
CU Recovery and The Loan Service Center became wholly owned subsidiaries of PSCU.
2010
The CU Recovery Collection Academy in Minneapolis was launched.
2003
The company pioneered online access to collector notes and an online file submission process, streamlining the client experience.
1997
Responding to the needs of credit unions, The Loan Service Center was formed to provide first-party delinquency management staff on a temporary, part-time or permanent basis.
1990
CU Recovery is established in Wyoming, MN, to help Minnesota credit unions maximize recoveries. By the mid-1990s, the company begins collecting outside of Minnesota.
